Growing up, I never wanted to become an animator. I wanted to become a concentration worker or carpenter. Building houses or working on skyscrapers. But starting in middle school, I got introduce to the wonderful world of creating stuff with computers. So then I started to desire a job with a computer and slowly fell in love with coding. I change my dream job from a carpenter to a computer programmer. But throughout my middle school years, I still wasn’t 100% clear on what field to fully go into. Then starting high school everything changes.
That how I discover animation. For me, animation makes me feel like I’m building a house with my hands, like a carpenter. But with a technology that I fell in love with, like a computer programmer. And I’m creating art, like a graphic designer.
